FedEx launches new same-day delivery service. How it will work

FedEx is offering a new way for customers to receive expedited shipping. The Memphis-based logistics giant announced March 24 the release of FedEx SameDay Local, which is a delivery service designed to enable customers to meet rising consumer demand for flexibility, control and convenience, according to a news release.
